Infinity by Design

Beyond the geographical barriers of my life, this world, and my imagination, I find there to be a tangibility in the musings of what I don’t know and what I do. What I mean by this is that, if by some quantifiable measure I could separate those two variables, I would find little to no space in between. There just simply would not be enough room to stand in between the two variables and trace their outlines as they are both inevitably growing (in separate directions, but growing nonetheless).

Now, I can balance my defiance and humility in one hand and try to explain that one variable is larger than the other, but I will not. Though tangible, they do not ask to be measured, and in truth I would rather not know (hence the inevitable growth of variable ‘a’). I will however, admit that throughout my life I have felt the hollow unknown of misunderstandings more sensitively than my concrete truths. Although I suppose that not all truths are concrete, and that belief in one more than the other - rather disbelief in one altogether - is enough to feed variable ‘a’ into inevitable growth.

Though despite my recent conjecture of my past musings (unknowns indented deeper than what I do know) I believe there to be a third variable that is not quantifiable, infinite in measure. This variable ‘c’ cannot be traced nor accurately recorded for its very configuration has no structure; its composition is unidentifiable. I have not wrestled with this variable as much as I have excluded it, but the conclusion I have drawn is that without it, variables ‘a’ and ‘b’ are void.

It is important to understand the names or frames in which this variables exists. However, do not be careless in the way you hear them, or misunderstand what they consist of because of a baseless conjecture existing in variable ‘a’ - which is in fact quite tangible but baseless indeed all the same. If variable ‘c’ is the deferable solidity of time, then its very essence must be quantifiable. Except in this case, and all cases in which this variable exists, it is not. So listen to its name and understand its frames. I like to think of it as its measurements which are, as mentioned before, infinite. Before what is and what has been, and will be after what is to come. Infinity in its essence and its grandeur is consistent in its bearings. It is possibly the most profoundly safe name to attach to this variable in that it settles among both variables ‘a’ and ‘b’ without interrupting their current state.

As variable ‘c’ is as established, infinite, and variables ‘a’ and ‘b’ are what I do not and what I do know, then there is a validity in the confinements of the three and how they may tangibly intertwine. After all, the previous conclusion made is that the composition of ‘c’ is unidentifiable and without structure, fundamentally contrasting the tangibility that relies on concrete knowledge (or even ironically, variable ‘a’). However, with all of this being said, there is a fourth variable, quite untamed in its configuration and arguably baseless in its means to communicate. I wouldn’t call it a variable at all, in fact. Perhaps a constant, or better yet a parameter.

Now, before I identify it, you should know that infinity, or variable ‘c’ does not rely on it for its existence. However it is this parameter or constant that releases its frames of time as we understand them, and lifts them up to be known. This new parameter, well, it is belief. Belief in what variable ‘c’ is, Who it is and where He stands in my life and in yours. Belief that is tangible when He is found, and infinite in His configuration. Variables ‘a’ and ‘b’ cannot exist without Him, and they do not matter without this constant that holds Him. This constant lays the foundation of my life and holds the thousands of variables that exist, countless questions and answers.

He is at the edge of time and everything that has come before. He is what was, and will be after what is to come.

I understand it better that I did before. (Hence the inevitable growth of both variables ‘a’ and ‘b’.)
